 Well, they found me on LinkedIn. My profile showed that I had 15 years of ever increasing responsibility in the semiconductor industry.

We value experienced people, and with a couple of minor exceptions, I'm not aware of us hiring people straight out of college.

That being the case, I'd recommend finding an NCG role somewhere, either at a startup or a large company where you may be able to move around and get broad experience. Demonstrate that you have a track record of achievement and being a high performer there, then look at the Netflix jobs page and find a role you think you would be a good fit for.
